Campers must be be born between 2012 - 2017

Gender 

Cabin requests must be mutual and the campers must be within two years of age. Only one cabin request per camper. We will do our best to honour this request, however parents must understand that it may not be possible to accommodate the request.

Does your child have any severe allergies (bee stings, food, medicine, etc.)? 
Does your child have any life threatening allergies? 
Is your child bringing any medication with him/her? 
Does your child have any physical, emotional, mental or behavioural concerns or limitations that our staff should be aware of? 
Check if your child currently, or within the last three months has had any of the following:
Date of last tetanus shot

Precautions are taken for the safety of your child, but in the event of accident or sickness, Pine Orchard Camp, its staff, and its volunteers are hereby released from any liability. In the event that your child requires special medication, x-rays or treatment, the parents/guardians will be notified immediately. In case of surgical emergency, I hereby give permission to the physician selected by Pine Orchard Camp to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and to order injection, anesthesia or surgery for my child as named above. Your child must be covered by Provincial Health Insurance or equivalent medical insurance.

We are required to ask for each child's immunization records. Please email a copy (photo or scan) to pockidscamp@gmail.com with your child's full name or bring a printed copy on registration day.

Financial Assistance program

If you require financial assistance please check this box. Pine Orchard Camp offers a camp bursary program. One third of the registration cost is paid by you now at registration. One third is be paid by the church you attend and the final one third is paid by the POC bursary. Please note checking this box does not guarantee acceptance by the POC bursary program. The camp director will be in contact with you to determine your eligibility.
