Conduct and Modesty

Treat other campers, staff, and camp property with kindness. No bullying, name-calling, fighting, or hurtful words/actions. Follow staff instructions, participate in activities, stay with your group, and clean up after yourself. Report any concerns or unsafe situations to a staff member immediately.

Modesty is the key for clothing at Pine Orchard Camp. Clothing that is tight, revealing or that boasts inappropriate writing or designs is not permitted at camp. Girls: low necklines, short shorts and mini skirts are not considered modest attire.  Swimwear: Girls modest, one-piece suit or two-piece tankini (full coverage). Boys:  modest swimwear, boxer style trunks. Pine Orchard Camp reserves the right to require anyone to change his or her outfit if, in the estimation of the staff, it does not comply with these standards.

Payments

All payments are made online via our secure payment form.

Financial Assistance

Pine Orchard Camp is committed to making our kids and teen camps accessible to every family. Through our bursary program, the cost of registration is shared three ways: the camp covers one-third, the family's local church covers one-third, and the family pays the remaining one-third. To apply, simply request financial assistance during the online registration process. Our camp director will then reach out to walk you through the next steps, which include contacting your local church to explain the program and obtain their approval. Once approved, the church can e-transfer their one-third payment to poctreasurers@gmail.com, including a note with the camper's name and the camp they're attending. If you do not attend a church please let us know, we do have local churches and individuals who are willing to sponsor children to attend camp.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a registration, please contact the camp director. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
