Campers must be be born between 2015 - 2021
Friend requests must be mutual and the campers must be within two years of age. Only one friend request per camper. We will do our best to honour this request, however parents must understand that it may not be possible to accommodate the request.
Precautions are taken for the safety of your child, but in the event of accident or sickness, Pine Orchard Camp, its staff, and its volunteers are hereby released from any liability. In the event that your child requires special medication, x-rays or treatment, the parents/guardians will be notified immediately. In case of surgical emergency, I hereby give permission to the physician selected by Pine Orchard Camp to hospitalize, secure proper treatment for, and to order injection, anesthesia or surgery for my child as named above. Your child must be covered by Provincial Health Insurance or equivalent medical insurance.
We are required to ask for each child's immunization records. Please email a copy (photo or scan) to pockidscamp@gmail.com with your child's full name or bring a printed copy on registration day.
If you require financial assistance please check this box. Pine Orchard Camp offers a camp bursary program. One third of the registration cost is paid by you now at registration. One third is be paid by the church you attend and the final one third is paid by the POC bursary. Please note checking this box does not guarantee acceptance by the POC bursary program. The camp director will be in contact with you to determine your eligibility.
There is an additional fee of $25 for early drop off and $25 for late pick up.
